ABOUT THE KIDS OF HAITI.....

These kids dream of having soccer uniforms and equipment! They are the children of Bigarade village and Canaan Village (A tent village of 10,000) in Port Au Prince. There are still 800,000 people according to CNN in Haiti living in tents and homeless. This will go a long way to create a sense of normalcy for the kids. Our Indian Harbour Beach Soccer Club U11 Comp Breaker Girls REALLY appreciate your support! The school in Bigarade has ~225 kids k-6th. Our Contact, Anthony Hickman, works directly with the Superintendent, Pastor Phillipe, to see what the kids need. Pastor Phillippe is also like a mayor in the community, so working with him is directly working with their "City" to see what kind of league they are trying to develop for these kids.

We are going with sponsorship banners, rather than advertising on player uniforms starting this 2009-2010 season. It's a win-win; you'll be saving money by not having to buy new uniforms every year and there's permanent advertising at our fields.
